The Sea-Dweller Deepsea 136660, known as the "James Cameron", is a tribute to filmmaker James Cameron's historic underwater expedition to the depths of the Mariana Trench in 2012.
Rolex accompanied Cameron on this adventure, developing a special watch, the Deepsea Challenge, which withstood the immense pressure of the depths.
To commemorate this fact, the model features a D-Blue dial, which gradually changes from blue to black, symbolizing the descent from light to darkness in the ocean.
