The Big Bang Ayrton Senna Foudroyante was launched in 2009 as a tribute to the legendary Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, considered one of the greatest icons of Formula 1.
This limited edition pays tribute not only to Senna's competitive spirit, but also to his philanthropic legacy: part of the proceeds went to the Ayrton Senna Institute, which works for children's education in Brazil.
The watch is part of the collaboration between Hublot and the Senna family, and represents the union of high-performance motor racing and technical watchmaking innovation.
Its name, "Foudroyante", refers to a complication that measures hundredths of a second, a direct allusion to the world of motor racing and its millimetric precision.
With only 500 units produced, this watch is not only a time machine, but also a collector's item loaded with historical and sporting significance.
